Welcome to our website
Tamworth Baptist Church is a community of ordinary people of different backgrounds, ages and different experiences of the Christian faith, but we are drawn together by a common faith in Jesus Christ.
Whether you are member of the fellowship here in Tamworth, or are new to the area and looking for a local Baptist Church, or if you want to find out more about what it means to be a Christian we hope that you find what you are looking for here.
Our services are relaxed and informal, we provide creche facilites and groups for children of different ages, and we use a combination of traditional hymns and modern worship songs, led by our music group 'Kerygma'.
We also work in partnership with Christians Against Poverty (CAP), a national debt counselling charity with a network of 125 centres based in local churches. providing help, support and sustainable poverty relief through debt counselling, advice and practical help. Our Sunday service times are:
11am - Family services at both Belgrave and Dosthill
3pm - Traditional service (last Sunday in the month at Belgrave)
6.15pm - Evening service at Belgrave
